Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you so that we can:

  • Conduct business and provide the utility connection services you have requested.
  • Contact you regarding project updates and consultations.
  • Sharing Data: We share your details with Public Utility Companies when submitting applications for new connections. In these instances, UK Utility Connections Ltd acts as your agent (owner/applicant).

Contractual Obligation: Processing is necessary to fulfill our contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We take data security seriously. Your information is stored securely and exclusively in electronic format; we do not maintain paper records of your personal data.

  • Retention Period: We keep contact information for one year.
  • Ongoing Clients: For active customers, records are kept for one year following the completion of a project, after which they are permanently deleted.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
